- It's 1 cup of low fat milk.
- It's 1/2 cup of vegetable oil.
- Prepare 1 cup of mashed (very) ripe bananas.
- You need of Eggs whites from 3 eggs.
- You need 2 tbsp of sugar.
- Prepare 2 tsp of baking powder.
- It's 1/4 tsp of salt.
- Prepare 1 tsp of cinnamon.
- It's 1/4 tsp of baking soda.

- Heat oven to 160°C. Line a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan parchment paper. Soak oat in the milk for 5-10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
- To the oats and milk mixture, add the mashed bananas, eggs whites and vegetable oil. Mix until completely combined. I chose to use a whisk and not electric mixer.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
- Pour batter into loaf pan and sprinkle rolled.
- Oats lightly over the batter. Bake for 60 - 80 minutes; or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
