- Prepare 2 of eggs.
- Prepare 1 cup of (2 medium) Bananas, mashed & ripe.
- You need 1/3 cup of milk.
- Prepare 1 tsp of vanilla (or 3/4 tsp. vanilla & 1/4 tsp. banana extract).
- You need 2 cup of all purpose flour.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (if desired).
- You need 1 tsp of baking soda.
- It's 1/2 tsp of salt.
- You need 1/2 cup of sofened margarine.

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease bottom of loaf pan.
- In large bowl cream sugar & margarine till light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs.
- Blend in bananas, milk & vanilla.
- In small bowl, combine flour, nuts, baking soda & salt; mix well.
- Add to creamed mixture; stir just till dry ingredients are moistened.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes.
- Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
